Naděžda Vladimírovna Dolženko Deputy Head Born in 1962. She graduated from Engineering Geology at Ukhta State Technical University in Ukhta, Russia. She also studied Financial Management at Russian Economic Academy Plechanova in Moscow. From 2002 to 2007 she was a director of the Skoda JS branch in Russia. From 2007 she held the post of a deputy head in Pilsen Steel (part of OMZ Group) in Pilsen, Czech Republic. She works as a deputy head of CHETENG Engineering, s.r.o. from 2008.

Josef Lattenberg Technical Manager Born in 1954. He graduated from Brno University of Technology, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering branch. Having finished studies in 1978, he started working for CHEPOS. He has been working for this company through its development over the period of time until today. He held position of a concrete structures engineer; performed a job of a supervisor at construction sites in Iraq, Egypt, Iran and India. He coordinated projects of construction part in Iraq and Iran. From 1998 he worked as a manager of civil engineering department. From 2004 on, he is a technical director of CHETENG Engineering, s.r.o. He is a member of Czech Chamber of Authorized Engineers and Technicians Active in Construction (ČKAIT) from 2005, and of the Czech Engineering Association within the European Federation of National Engineering Associations (FEANI).

Petr Mikulík Head of the Process Department Born in 1943. He graduated from Brno University of Technology, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering branch. In 1965, he started working for CHEPOS. The company was divided and its successors renamed, but basically he has been working for the company from its very beginning up to present. From 1965 to 1974, he worked as a process engineer. During 1969 - 70 he held position of a shift engineering at II. Extension of Homs Refinery in Syria. From 1974 to 1998 he worked as a senior process engineer and in years 1986 - 89 he was a commissioning manager at VI. Extension of Homs Refinery in Syria. From 1998 he works in CHETENG Engineering, s.r.o. as a head of the process department.

Pavel Jelínek Head of the Finance Department Born in 1974. He graduated from Economic Faculty of Mendel University in Brno, Management and Economics branch. From 1994 to 2001 he worked in Chepos Engineering, spol. s r.o. as an economic analyses specialist. In 2001 - 2005, he was a head of economic department in 100MEGA Distribution, s.r.o. From 2005 to 2007, he performed the job of a management advisory entrepreneur. He works in CHETENG Engineering, s.r.o. as a head of the finance department from 2007.
