Interview & Assessment Procedure

The selection procedure is done in 2 to 3 steps. The suitable candidates are firstly shortlisted from received applications and are invited for personal interview. The candidate is interviewed by HR Manager usually together with the senior head. In the next interview the language and soft skills are assessed by the Head of the Department to the advertised position belongs to or sometimes even with the General Manager.

All candidates who attended the interview will be informed about the result of selection either by phone or email.
