Project description

Project was focused on revamping and modernisation of chemical waste water plant in DEZA a.s. Aim was to install equipment to lower the quantity of cyanides (CN-) and thiocyanates (SCN-) existing in waste water from chemical cleaning of waste water. To existing levels of cleaning by detarring, dephenolling and deammonizing levels of coagulation and ozonization were added. At the level of coagulation storing, manipulation and supply of ferric sulphate to waste water were solved. At the level of ozonization it was installed a generator of ozone with its accessories, cooler and reactor. Ozone is produced from oxygen which is sourced from liquid oxygen storage tank with evaporating unit.

The scope of work:
  • basic and detailed design
  • supply of mechanical and technological equipment, electrical equipment and DCS
  • civil works
  • erection of technological equipment, electrical equipment and DCS including commissioning and start-up
  • service guarantee

Designed capacity is 64 000 m3/year of waste water with the working time of 8 000 h/year, i.e. approx. 8m3/h.
Capacity:
8 m³/h
